External string show fail in text

Question

My EW version is EW13.

At my project i try to show some Chinese String，but it show failed.

On my last project, i use EW11, and show the same Chinese string success. This time i use the same way as EW11，but it it show failed on EW13.

At the Debug window show this info： EWMI ERROR：code 180，

 

can you give me EW3 demo project about show some foreign string，like Chinese、German、French

At EW11 project，i use a tool: Strings.xls

input the Chinese String on the Strings.xls，then use the Strings.xls output two files : Strings.ewu and FontRange.txt
