After updating the TTF file, the UI page transition speed becomes slower.

Hello,

Our project uses EwTtfRegisterFont to load the TTF file for Font Engine on the device.

However, we've noticed that the page transition speed varies depending on the TTF file, even when the contents of the two TTF files are nearly identical. What could be the possible factors causing this?

Hello,

the difference seems to be that one font is digitally signed. But why this could have an impact to the font loading or font rasterization is not clear to me. This question can be answered only by the manufacturer of the TrueType Fonte Engine that you are using within your system.

Hi,

We tried removing DSIG from the slower TTF version, but it didn't work.

However, during our research on removing DSIG, we discovered that using different font creation software could solve the issue.
