Missing libusb-1.0.dll issue on Getting started with NXP MCUs: i.MX RT1170 - PXP

Hi,

I'm trying to evaluate Embedded Wizard on i.MX RT1170 board.

• Host OS : Windows 11 home edition
• Version : Embedded Wizard v14 evaluation
• Build environment : https://doc.embedded-wizard.de/getting-started-mimxrt1170-evk-pxp?v=14.00

If I type "make install" from the command line console, the build is successfully completed.

But I get following error when the make script tries to download the built executable.

"Missing libusb-1.0.dll, ......"

Please see the screen capture for more detail.

 

Could you please let me know how to solve this problem.

Hello Wonho,

thanks for reporting this issue.

There is one DLL missing in the package in order to run the redlink flash programming tool. We have added this into our latest update for all iMX RT Build Environments.

Please download the version V14.00.00.01.
