Sorry for our late reply but all of us were very busy with releasing the next version of Embedded Wizard.
With respect to your inquiry: Embedded Wizard's overall requirements are very minimal: Just a 32bit system, access to memory and access to system ticks (in order to process animations, transitions, etc. properly). Hence GUIs developed with Embedded Wizard run even on systems without any (RT)OS on bare metal. And as a result, we are also supporting LPC4088 based platforms.
