widget for web browser

Is there a widget to open a web browser ?  Or failing that, is there a widget to open any specified application ?

Hello Robert,

such kind of widget does not exist. It is very specific to the particular OS. If you want to start a separate process, I would implement the necessary code (e.g. spawn() function call) within a native statement. See also the section Integrating with the device.
