No, such repository is not provided. The examples are context specific and in most cases the function of an example is explained in-line in the corresponding text. Thus, both belong together.
there is example 1 and 3 but no 2-4-5......
There is no rigid system for the numbering the examples, images, etc. used within the documentation.
