Embedded wizard project based on MingW GCC based compile

Question

Hi I am developing GUI for IMXRT1176 with freertos.

Due to shortage of boards I was thinking to make simulator using Freertos  MingW GCC based compiler simulator,S o that I can run the same using MCU expresso IDE

Also aiming to integrate unity unit test framework for application other than GUI

 

Is it possible to get a Embedded wizard platform package compatible to MingW GCC based compiler ?

Hi,

we are currently creating a separate Build Environment for Win32, including a project template for MSVC and GCC (based on MinGW). It will be available with the next release version of Embedded Wizard.

Meanwhile, let me recommend to create a Win32 application using MSVC as described in this answer.
