Blank White Screen on STM32L496G-DISCO

Question

Trying to upload the Hello World program from the example onto my STM32L496G-DISCO board and i keep getting a blank white screen, tried some of the other examples as well and I am getting the same results

Hello,

can you try to reset your board manually by pressing the reset button - or, can you try to power again the board. Does it work then?

I noticed the similar issue sometimes. It seems that the reset after download does not work as it is the case on other Discovery boards.

unfortunately, resetting or restarting the board via unplug/replug does not seem to fix my white screen problem, do you think I could just have a faulty unit?

Do you get any messages via the serial interface into a console window?
