Icons priority

Question

I have 2 pictos on the program. One on top of eachother.

How can i change priority when showing one of them?

you can change the visibility of the images or you can restack the images dynamically during runtime.

also possible you can configure with StackingPriority the order in which the icons will be arranged. See also Control the stacking priority of nested views.
