in fact it is more a warning than error. Anyway its cause is explained in documentation referenced in the error number description:
To find the cause of the warning, please try to reproduce it in the Prototyper. This will provide more details concerning the context in which the problem was detected.
With version 13 we have relaxed the restrictions for detecting and suppressing postsignals. I suppose, the message would disappear when using version 13. Here the excerpt from the release notes:
