let me refer to the section 'Handle multi-touch events' of our online documentation. It describes the principles of using Simple Touch Handler to process multi-touch events. There you will find also an example that handles a pinch gesture.
In order to insert multi-touch events into your application, you need to adapt the main loop of your application.
