Initialise the file system causes code the hang

Hi,

When i make a call to the keil file system to initialise it with embeddded wizard

finit ("M0:");

The code hangs.

Has anyone else experience this and know a work around?

Hi Connor,

difficult to say - therefore a couple of questions:

• Does the GUI application work without the file system and does the file system work without the GUI?
• Are you using an operating system (if yes which one)?
• Which toolchain are you using?
• What is the stack size (overall and for the GUI task in case of OS)?
• Where did you add the call to initialize the file system?

I tried another STM32F469 board and it doesn't have the issue. So I check the 7 boards we have in stock and 5 of them run the code while 2 see this behaviour.

I am stumped!!
