I'm trying to overlay a component with a 50% opacity filled rectangle. In the prototyper everything is displayed as expected, but when the firmware is flashed onto a STM32F746, the rectangles are complete opaque.

Hello,

could you provide us more details?

Which color format are you using?

Your target system is it the original evaluation/discovery board? Or are you running the application on your own hardware?

Can you provide us a screenshot from Prototyper and a photo of the display in the target?

Best regards

I'm sorry,

I'm using RGB565 color format, Embedded Wizard 8.10 and it's running on my own hardware.

The strange thing is, that whole components, texts, images etc can be displayed with a custom opacity, but a filled rectangle are displayed with 0% or 100% (Rectangle.Color.alpha = 0; Rectangle.Color.alpha = 255; only two values which force a reaction) opacity but nothing between.

Kind regards,

This might take a while...

I will simplify it, test it on an other board and post the result here / send you an example if the same error still occurs.

Thanks for your prompt answers!
