Hello,

I'm looking to find the best way to create a multiple line data plotter. The graph needs to have at least 4 different variables plotted versus time. The data would be one point/second for each variable. I am looking at the DataPlotter in the SolarDemo example, the LineChart in the ChartsDemo example and the Oscilloscope example and am not sure which one to use or if there are other examples which are more applicable. Any thoughts?

Thanks

Hello,

the SolarDemo is many years old and the LineChart is helpful for simple data illustration. The Oscillosope demo is also many years old and it shows the glow effect of a brown tube...

In order to present a graph with modern features (e.g. like zooming and scrolling), the Vector Graphics (introduced with Embedded Wizard version 9.00) is the best choice.

The example WaveformGenerator and PulseOximeter are based on this technology.

I hope this helps.

Best regards,

Manfred.

Ok thank you. I will check out both examples. I'm sure I will be back with more questions.

Thanks again.
