Hi Manfred Schweyer & Paul Banach,

I meet a trouble and need your help analysis. My customers report to me for some of the phenomenon, but I can not explain for these phenomenons.

I made a file for these phenomenons.you can access it on link http://ask.embedded-wizard.de/?qa=blob&qa_blobid=16436244355743697612 .

In this report file, I seperate by 3 case: No display background / Hide some items / OSD noise. Please help me analyze these phenomenon. You also can reply mail to me by private if need.

Thank you.

PS: Platform Packages is "PH1sLD3" (Panasonic Garnet), Version of EmbeddidWizard is V6.10.

Hi Steward,

it's difficult to give you good advises based on screenshots...

It seems to me, that not some noise is hiding the UI - it seems, that the drawing of the expected UI is somehow destroyed.

Let me ask you some questions:

1.) Do you get any error messages from the Platform Package during runtime via EwPrint() into a connected terminal? Maybe the system already provides some errors...

2.) I assume the target is running with Linux and the Platform Package is using Open GL ES 2.0. Correct?

3.) Is scaling used? This means, the ScreenSize of the GUI application is not the same as the physical dimension of the framebuffer. In this case, OpenGL can apply some scaling.

4.) Does the destroyed UI areas always appear at the same UI screen? E.g. when you open a certain menu, is the result always destroyed or does it sometimes appear correctly?

Best regards,

Manfred
