I have found that the display of the STM32F769 Discovery board briefly displays a set of disordered pixels for a moment during initialization. This is happening both with projects which I create and example projects, are you familiar with this and is there a known way to prevent it?

Best regards,

Rob

Hi Rob,

as far as I know the shown pixel artefacts are shown due to an uninitialized framebuffer of the attached DSI display's internal GRAM. A work-around could be to switch on the backlight, after the framebuffer has been initialized properly. Hope that helps...

Best regards,
Manuel
