in our documentation of the STM32F469 you can find a step by step manual how to build and compile a Embedded Wizard project.
Have you done all these steps with the provided build environment for your discovery board?
All the included examples are pre configured with the correct settings and easily to build with the GCC compiler.
In case you are creating your own GUI application, please have a look to the corresponding section in our Getting Started documentation.
If you still have some problems, please post a more detailed description.
