How to run on eglfs instead of weston on Linux

asked Feb 27 in GUI Development by mcatudal
I would like for the code to start faster so a way would be to run on top of eglfs instead of weston

The board is a custom board using a DRA726 from Texas Instruments

Hi Michel,

As far as I know, the EGLFS is a plugin for Qt in order to run natively without any window manager like Wayland/Weston. If you want to run your Embedded Wizard driven GUI also in fullscreen mode without a window manager, then you need to adapt your EGL initialization routine accordingly.
